Not losing fat, doing everything right?

F, 5’3, 115 Lbs, 23 yo

I know many of you will ask why I want to lose weight in the first place, but just to get it out of the way: I don’t want to lose weight specifically, I just want to look leaner and more toned. I was last measured at 28% body fat (I used to be slim and lean so this is an unwelcome change), and at this level i look chubby, especially in my upper body

For the last 3 months I’ve really taken fitness seriously (I would work out often before but a bit more haphazardly) - I lift weights every second day usually, added about 20 mins of cardio at the end of lifting, and do Pilates regularly.

I’m making sure I get enough protein (80-90grams) AND IM DEFINITELY IN A CALORIC DEFICIT. PLEASE DO NOT TELL ME THAT IM NOT IN A CALORIC DEFICIT, I KNOW FOR FACT I AM

I can see that I’ve put on muscle and and I’m happy with that, but since I haven’t lost fat, it’s just making me look bulkier. my weight has increased actually to 117lbs (which could just be fluctuations but) but I started at 113lbs and apart from some small muscle gain, I’ve seen no positive/desired changes in the last 3 months and I’m at a complete loss.

Please any advice? I have no clue what to do 😭
