Hi there! So I’m 17F, 5’2” weigh 110lbs. I’m not active and have an okay-ish diet. I’ve been eating between 1250-1500 (my maintenance) cal a day, I don’t track often but this would be an accurate ballpark. Anyways, I’ve always struggled with what I think is ‘skinny-fat’… like I’m not overweight or anything but I have that extra chub that takes away from my confidence. How can I start my fitness journey and work towards a body type that I want and feel healthier? For some extra info, I don’t have access to a gym but at home I have a treadmill, exercise bike, a Bowflex, and some 15lb dumbbells. Any info is greatly appreciated, thanks!
