I went on a diet (not a very strict diet just controling my calories and all) and lost about 17 kg in 3 ish months (37lbs) with almost no exercise (I did some running in the mid progress of my diet but left after I got busy with work and all). My stomach has gotten flatter (I wish I measured it) but its still not as flat as I want it to be. So I was gonna try to do more exercise at home with my diet to get to my result somewhat faster if possible. What do you guys recommend I should do? Like suggest me some exercise? Do I need to go to the gym in order to get the result I want? or should start my running routine again?
