Hi guys, I am 25 (F) and my height is 173cm.My weight is 79.2 kg. I would like to lose at least 9kg and be back on my normal weight, but for some reasons I am failing all the times. I suffer from PCOS, so I need to lose fat, to improve my health. I am trying to eat 1700kcal per day and exercise 5 times per week for 30 minutes (I do cycling) Yet, I am unable to lose weight. At first I did manage to lose around 3 kg (my starting weight was 82), but then I am stuck here for more than 2 months. I use myfitnesspal to log my food. I can't afford PT or gym at the moment, if you guys can give me some exercise routine?
Any advice ??? I feel depressed and stressed.
