Hi everyone, I started my weight loss journey about 2 months ago at 166 pounds. Now after alot of work I'm 151 pounds! My goal weight is 135 but I'm definitely alot closer than I was 2 months ago.
I've been eating alot cleaner, working out (moderate cardio and strength) everyday and started to add more active tasks and activities into my day. Now I'm healthier, happier and more productive.
I can also fit into so many more of my clothes now, some of which I really missed wearing. I'm also gaining more confidence which was another goal as I started college last week, added benefits being the campus gym and long walks between classes.
