For anyone struggling at the moment, and seeing their weight go up, that’s okay. We all have crap weeks where nothing happens/gain weight and that happens.
Whilst a lot of social media is geared towards the start and then the end result, we rarely see what happens between those two points.
So, try not to be too hard on yourself. You're losing weight, and you made a conscious choice when deciding that the time is right.
For context, I started 6 months ago at 133kg, I got down to 118kg, and now I’m back at 120.5kg over a couple of weeks due to my personal life getting in the way, but overall I’ve still lost weight.
