SW: 308. CW: 304.0. First GW: 290/275.
Just wanted to share because I was stuck at the same weight for 6 months. Well, I was at 298 on June 1st. It’s been on and off, But I’m lucky and grateful for that. My normal weight is 275 so I’d like to be back there this year. So hopefully I’m only at this weight for 7 months.
I’ve made many posts of my schedule, But just to update:
I’ve been doing the gym 3 days a week, Adding swimming 2 days a week and aiming for 3. I’ll be joining LA Fitness and probably going after work so I can swim and get a workout in. Got training at work for 4 days. I can’t wait! My current pool has a steam room but I’m exited for a real sauna.
I’m already part of 2 gyms, Planet Fitness and YMCA that has an indoor and outdoor pool, fitness classes, steam room and basketball court. I’m really lucky!! LA Fitness is just closer to work and it has the same things.
