Trying to put together a full body strength workout for wellbeing and increase fitness/fat loss, simplicity and sustainability the goal. I have been enjoying doing the following routine over the past 2 months and have been seeing more definition and weight loss. After a strength day I'll do two days of cardio then a day of the weight routine again. All 3 x 10 reps. 10kg dumbells.
Shrugs, Upright row, Shoulder press, Bicep curl, Lateral raise , Squat, Farmers walks, Deadlift , Chest press, Chest Flyes, Situps, Leg raises,
