Hey guys, I’m 19M, 6’2” and 197. I’ve been hitting the gym almost for 15 months and I lost 100 pounds so far, but now, I wanna lose the last 12 pounds, but my weight and progress seem useless. I’ve been on a diet since 8 weeks ago and didn't lose anything, and it’s only been fluctuating. Here’s what my diet looked like at the beginning, I would eat at around 1300-2100 a day since I was sedentary, then decided to bump my cardio up( above 12k steps and 30 minutes of biking plus my weekly gym routine), and also my calories by 300, and nothing changed. Also, my sleep is kinda disrupted from 4-6 hours a night. Have I destroyed my metabolism or can it be something else? I will appreciate any suggestion.
