Hi everyone!
So, I’ve recently increased my workout regime. I am now doing 60-90 minutes on the elliptical 6-7 days a week. I am also walking 10k steps 7 days a week. If I’m honest, I’m not sure how this ISNT moderately active. If it isn’t I’m not sure I’ll ever get there LOL
Is this considered lightly or moderately active? I’ve seen very mixed roundabout answers to question like this that mostly focus on recommending you calculate your TDE as sedentary. I already do this, and my question is more for projection purposes not adjusting my caloric allowance intake.
Thanks for any help!
