I (23F) have a starting weight of 226lbs. I’m wanting to lose down to 180 as my first goal. Maintain that for a few months then try for 130-140. My end weight will be close to a 100lbs of weight loss. Will I likely have lose skin? Can I do anything to help prevent it?
Mostly Mediterranean diet (I do cheat sometimes)
Current Calorie intake: 1688 sometimes less bc I’m not getting hungry as often
Walk 60-90 minutes a week (walking to work some mornings and walking home some heads too.
Sedentary lifestyle other than walking.
