I Hope this is the right place to share. This sub motivates me very often so I thought I give something back that makes progress for me really easy.
I’m eating these Pancakes for months now. They feel like a cheat but they are not ! It’s insane and I just want to spread the word here ! It’s super easy to make in a blender / mixer:
70g Oats Blend to oat flour.

150ml Milk (unsweetened Almond milk has only 13kcal/100ml)

a banana
-
100ml of eggwhites (you can skip this and add more milk instead)

40-50g Protein powder ( I take vanilla protein mix of whey and casein)
If you like your pancakes more „wet“ then add a spoon of Skyr.
Serve with skyr and berries.
Im eating this for months now. Everyone visiting me who ate it aswell was super suprised how it can be healthy and feels like a cheat.
