So, I’m currently 5’8, 240 lbs on a weight loss journey, Around 2 years ago I lost around 50 pounds (220-165) doing CICO and then gained it all back when I started working in a restaurant and could no longer control my portion sizes or no how many calories were in a dish.
I’m back to try to lose weight using the same methods (down 10 pounds!) But I’m worried that my dining plan will cause a similar backslide as when I started working in a restaurant. One of the things I liked about CICO was I was able to still eat what I loved in moderation because I could measure out how much of it I could eat (and I pretty much only ate at home because of the pandemic) I don’t want to be stuck eating salads because it’s the only thing I can be (relatively) sure are low calorie.
