Is it a good idea to do intuitive eating with vegetables only?
Thinking of going on a diet with 400g of chicken a day, two protein shakes and the rest intuitive eating with vegetables.
One tomato has like 30 calories and a large cucumber has 60. The values are so low I could eat these like an animal and still be in a deficit. Am I missing something or could I technically lose weight like this?
I will also do cardio everyday (2-3 hours) and weightlifting. Aside from this strategy, I have tried everything, if this doesnt work I'll just have to take a bunch of 5-HTP pills everyday to supress my insatiable hunger.
I just want to know if I am missing something, if something else will interfere with weight loss if I eat vegetables like an animal.
If a tomato really has 30 calories I could eat 10 every meal (i have 4 meals a day) And I still will be in a deficit. Obviously I wont only eat tomatoes, I'll also eat other vegetables
