Hi!
First of all, I'm well aware that losing weight is a show process that takes time and patience and requires some motivation and lots of determination.
But my brain doesn't know that and IT WANTS RESULTS THAT I CAN SEE. It's frustrating, yes I suspect I'm neurodivergent, but I can't handle it anymore.
I'm not doing anything extra or unhealthy, just stopped binge eating snacks and sweets and working on getting into IF again, but keeping up with a similar diet that I've had before - only thing I'm cutting down on are sweets.
So my question is, where will the results of weight loss be noticeable first? Anything that will tell my dumb brain "LOOK WE ARE DOING IT WE NEED TO KEEP GOING" basically.
