I lost 3 kg but I see and feel no difference.

I went from 70kg to 67kg in a little less than two months and am now at a BMI of 24. I know 3 kg is very little, but as my goal weight is around 64kg, I feel like those 3kg to go won't make any difference either as I still look chunky and flabby at a technically fine BMI.

I am not sedentary, I walk up to 25.000 steps each day, 15.000 minimum, and go swimming for an hour and a half each week. I eat around 1600 calories a day, plenty of protein, healthy fats, fruits and veggies and some treats now and then. I see people at my BMI who are a lot less active than me and eat whatever, and still look decent, not flabby and chubby.

I am pear shaped and most of the fat on my body sits on my thighs, hips and lower stomach. It looks so disproportionate. Will I look more normal and less fat as I keep losing weight, or is this just what my body looks like? Please help :(
