Hi. I'm a long time lurker and I'm using my alt account to post this. I started my journey back in September 2022 and have lost 80 pounds in about 9 months through CICO, walking 12k steps a day and using a stationary bike at home. It is sustainable for me because those are exercises that I absolutely love. Now that I am closer to my goal weight, I'm still noticing a considerable amount of belly fat and I know its due to muscle loss and strength training is going to help. The thing is I just can't get into it. It's boring to me and I get so tired very quickly. I have 3 pairs of dumbells at home, 5, 10 and 15 lbs. I've tried the dumbell workouts for beginners on YouTube but I can't seem to get past 5 minutes. My goal is not be the most ripped person, I just want to have a nice lean physique but while I can't get into strength training I'm just sitting here confused. Any advice?
