I started my weight loss journey beginning of May at 206.8kg and quickly lost my first 4 kg by June 15th. Since then the scales haven't been going down and I have seem to gone back up to 104kg as of this morning. I have been sticking to my 1900 calories and been going gym consistently 4 days a week and trying to get 10000 steps per day even tho some days might be around 6/7000 as I work from home. I am not sure where I am going wrong and I don't want to loose my motivation and I am trying to stick with my journey but not seeing the scales go down is disheartening.
