Hey guys! So I’m around 150-160 lbs but about a year or two ago I was near 190 lbs. I suffer from very bad body dysmorphia so it’s hard to see from my own eyes, but I’m ready to finally be consistent. I’m 4’11 so it’s hard to lose weight especially with my genetics, and I have the worst cravings. I’ve learned that I can eat what I want as long as it fits in my calorie deficit, but it’s so hard counting everything everyday, you know? So how can I eat what I want without counting every little calorie? Also if anyone has any good workout tips please let me know! I only do cardio right now.
