Just noticed this. For years I’ve been struggling with this very unpleasant cramp-like pain in my calves when walking. (Ftr, it only hurt while I was walking, not afterwards.) I always thought it was just because of obesity and because my poor legs weren’t in a position to support that much fat, and that it would just go away when I lose weight. Well, I was right and it did lol. I just recently noticed that this doesn’t happen anymore. Walking doesn’t hurt anymore.
It feels great because this has been an embarrassing problem for years and now it’s just gone. I can do more than 15k steps a day with no pain.
