Hey folks,
sharing a little update on my journey. I have been lifting prior to the first pic hence quite a bit is a muscle memory.
Nevertheless first pic is probably the lowest point in my life, extreme stress both within personal life and work life as I worked in awful corporate environment as a manager, combined with a post covid syndrome, burnout and all the good stuff happening all at once. It's funny that in spite of getting into the bad shape took over a year, I don't think I have ever noticed that until one day when I just saw my reflection and got disgusted by myself. Anyways now I am in a happier place :)
