F 5’5 140(ish) lbs.. i literally fluctuate between 135-145 all the time and that seems like such a big difference but it’s as if i look and feel exactly the same between those weights. I get random bursts of motivation after i see weight loss posts or if i see other peoples bodies and that lasts about a week before i just give up. i don’t exercise but i don’t even eat a lot so i don’t get how i weigh this much. i eat 1-2 times a day with an occasional snack.. i drink about 4 cups of water a day
example of what i’ll eat in a day:
dinner: white rice with lentils, chicken leg, and a veggie salad.
snack: homemade chocolate chip cookie.
2nd meal: pb&j sandwich
I have been wanting to be in the 120s for years now and idk what to do. there was a period in time where i was eating OMAD and walking 10k steps and barely lost a lb in a month so i just gave up
i am literally begging someone who knows about food and weight loss to give me a strict routine i could follow because i’m pretty much desperate at this point. i can’t do any exercises that involve the gym though
