How much of a physical difference can you make in your body in 5 weeks of discipline?

Basically I am going to Vegas in 5 weeks and am not feeling the best about how much weight I have gained due to an injury. I am doing ST 5x a week, 10k steps a day and eating in a deficit. I am going to be extremely disciplined for the next 5 weeks, but i am wondering will it make that much of a physical difference in just 5 weeks? Or not really?

I dont care about the number on the scale, more so just looking fitter.

my Stats: Female, 5'2', CW 155, goal weight is 135

I am going partying and everyone is planning to wear tight dresses.

I tried on a tight dress that I have and my stomach is sticking out and my arms & armpit fat are not looking good so I am super worried.

What is a realistic acheivement? has anyone made a significant change to their body in 5 weeks?
