Hey everyone. I was doing g a good job sticking to my food and fitness mission but since finding out about my husband's affair my motivation and attention span has disintegrated. I can hardly bring myself to cook and I've got the worst gym anxiety again after i thought I'd made great progress getting into the building Im just paying and not going and I'm so dissapointed in myself and I feel like such a failure. 280lb down to 110 back up to 150lb and rising fast. Please if you have any tips for me to re jig my mojo I'd really appreciate it a lot.
