Hello, I have a bad caffeine addiction from drinking pop and I realize that it’s honestly the worst part of my diet.
I’ve tried pushing off drinking pop throughout the day for as long as I can and I’ve noticed the pang in my stomach that feels like a hunger pang. It kind of feels like when you’ve skipped meals because you forgot, but I’m trying to drink more water and I’ve had pretty healthy snacks like fruits and veggies. Has anybody else had this? What did you do that worked?
Any tips are greatly appreciated!
