I'm sorry if this is a little rants. I'm female, 29, 157cm, 56kg. My goal weight is around 48-50kg. I was 48kg last year (lost a lot of weight without meaning to because I lost my appetite), until the weight started to creep in bit by bit, and now I'm stuck at 56kg. I've been "dieting" for the past six months but I'm obviously doing something wrong because I'm maintaining at most.
It's just so frustrating. I'm aiming at 1500 cal, going to dance classes twice a week and exercising another day. And this is still not enough.
I'm obviously doing something wrong with my calories, but the thought of having to lower my food intake even more is so daunting... Why must I eat like a bird just to avoid my right from ballooning?
