I recently started my weightloss journey (just started walking 1-2 hours a day and 25mims of yoga and aiming to keep my calories under 1500-1700/ doing IF) i recently found out I am about 9 weeks pregnant , my current weight is 115kg at 169cm tall. When I spoke to the doctor about weight loss she told me not to bother to try while pregnant but I really want to continue (nothing extreme but I would really like to get to 95-85kgs by the end of the pregnancy just as i think i am really unhealthy the way i am. Has anyone loss weight intentionally while pregnant? Any advice?
