What did you do to kill time during your weight loss progression?

Ever since I decided to finally lose the 70lb I’ve gained over the last 8 years, I realized how much of my time food took up. I have too much free time now.

I’ve been doing a lot of intuitive eating, omad, cico, and random fasts when I feel up for it. So far it’s been working great, and I’ve lost 15 pounds so far over 2 months.

But I feel like all the fun in my life won’t start until I reach my goal weight. I know it’s a terrible way to think, but although I’m happy with my progress I just don’t feel comfortable in my skin/clothes just yet and I don’t really want to do too many social things, or date.

Does anyone have any suggestions or advice about what they did for fun or to kill time to keep them on track/reach their end goal when time seems to go by so slowly during this weight loss journey?
