i was feeling really hungry before dinner so i decided to eat a bunch of sugar free jello which helped fill me up a bit. i ate dinner after that and was full, but there’s a bunch of dessert in my house right now. specifically a lemon blueberry loaf. i was full from dinner but it sounded sooo good and so i let myself have a small piece and then told myself that i can have more any other time. i don’t have to eat more right now. especially since i’m already full. but my mind is racing and all i can think about is eating the whole thing. i’m trying not to eat it bc i’m not hungry, but i can’t seem to calm my mind and stop thinking about it. does anyone have any advice on how to not binge or not eat when you’re already full??
