I currently weigh 259 lbs at 5’7” and 24 years of age. I’ve struggled with weight loss since I was a kid an my mom would force me to exercise on and off over the years since I was about 8 years old. Over time it would do the opposite effect and I would gain weight until I got to where I am today. I want to lose at least 115 lbs but I don’t know how to start and keep going. I also have lower back problems due to messing it up at work.
