I’m a pretty skinny guy but an insecurity of mine has always been my weirdly out of place muscular neck. It’s always the first thing people notice and I hate it. I have longer hair now that covers it so it’s not as much of a problem but it’s still something I’m deeply insecure about. It’s so thick that you’d think I was a body builder if you saw me from neck up. Besides how it looks it’s also majorly inconvenienced my life. I can’t wear collared shirts because none fit, I always feel like I have neck pain, and sometimes my throat feels really tight and I have to constantly clear it. I don’t know if this is a medical issue or something that can be changed through exercise but any help would be greatly appreciated.
