Hi fellow losers!
I've been wanting to lose weight for a while now, but every time I've seriously considered it, I always had some reason why I couldn't do it then:
"Gyms are closed because of COVID."
"I'm too busy to commit."
"My depression is going to make it difficult."
"I can do it tomorrow/next week/some other time in the future."
I kept putting it off for the last year. And you know what? In that year I gained 10 pounds. Now I have 10 more lbs to lose than I would've had if I had started a year ago, which means it's going to take me longer to reach my goal.
The longer you put it off, more ground you're going to have to cover for you to reach your goal. You're going to wish you had started sooner. Stop putting it off. Start right now. Not later tonight, not tomorrow, not next week - NOW. Don't be a procrastinator like I was. You will thank yourself when you start seeing results.
