Week two check in

I’m happy and relieved with this loss. Had a really good week Monday to Friday tracking my food and eating well. Then the weekend hit, I visited my partner and his family who live in another town and I didn’t track. Too hard! But I did watch my portion sizes. I usually do parkrun on Saturdays but I’ve missed the last 2, so I’m going to be doubly sure I go this Saturday. I was a little active on the weekend though going swimming with my partners daughter and then going on a short uphill hike. I want this to be a lifestyle change and if I don’t track, I don’t want to think I can just binge eat. Also missed this mornings exercise class cos I was wrecked from the weekend and being woken at 2am. But I’ll be back to it in the morning!
