Hi there,
I keep porridge oats in my locker, and bananas/strawberries in the fridge. Every morning I microwave some porridge with milk, and add some fruit on top.
This has been the easiest low maintenance breakfast of my life. However, it's been going on a few weeks now but I just always feel bloated and extra flatulent. It must be the porridge because that's all that has changed.(I didn't eat breakfast before)
Any ideas for something just as easy to have at work for breakfast? I currently make a pack lunch and I don't want to pack breakfast too. The porridge was something easy I could always keep in my locker and the milk was provided by my office.
