A month or more back I weighed my heaviest at 217lbs/98kg. I'm a 5'8F, 21 year old and now I'm at 208lbs/94.3kg. Even though I'm happy with the progress but my mind keeps reminded me that this time last year in March 2022 I was 87kg and how instead of losing, I put on more.
I don't know why I feel like this but I do. Anyone who is also on the journey of losing a ton of weight, how do you reward yourself for progress instead of feeling like shit?
