Hello. I was hoping someone could tell me what I need to do to fix my belly. Picture here
I hate the way sticks out when I relax. I've been training my core muscles for 6 months, 3 times a week, but it looks basically the same. I don't think it's fat, because if I thighten my muscles, I can make it "disappear". I don't think it's posture either, when I "fix" my posture and tilt my hips back, it's still there. I also don't think it's bloating, because fasting doesn't change anything.
Experienced advice is much appreciated. Thanks.
