Hey guys!
Starting weight was 120kg, and since watching my diet and so far having done one session at the gym which was 10 minutes on the elliptical, and 50 minutes on a stationary bike I am now 112.10kg according to my Renpho scales.
I'd just like to be sure this is considered a healthy amount of weight lost in this time.
And any other things I can do to help with the weightloss at the gym? I have started the Conqueror Challenge for Lord of The Rings which I'm finding quite fun doing 5mi walks to get this done.
