Hi guys, I am 5'11 100kg.
I have been lifting weights on and off for a while and never really focused on the caloric intake part if fitness. I have started working out everyday, I do skipping everyday and weights every second day.
I have recently tried entering a calorie deficit to cut and eat about 1000 calories a day (also cut out carbs). The thing is I am not too sure if I am eating too much for a deficit or just too little for the bodies requirements. Any advice?
