I am 18F, 155cm and 65 kg. I wanna lose 15kg and need advice about it.
The things I have done before are 30 min (10k steps) exercise everyday, intermittent fasting, and drinking more than 2 liters per day. I have also been avoiding flavored drinks.
What else can I do and how long will it probably take me to lose 15kg? I'm also planning on losing 0.5kg a week and I'm wondering if that's possible
