26 yo girl here; in the past I lost 100 lbs on my own going from 240s to 140s in about 3 years and something. I did it in a unhealthy way tho, used to walk over 10k steps per day only eating lunch and then almost never had dinner. Ended up gaining 30lbs back since last summer due to binge eating and stress and going back to being sedentary. Unfortunately I went through a rough patch and I'm trying to get better. I'm currently 180 lbs and been eating around 1400 calories for a week trying to walk 8- 10k steps daily but the scale isn't moving. What am I doing wrong? I was hoping in the first week water whoosh
