I’ve had about two weeks of not the best eating but not going overboard. I’ve been maintaining my weight for about a year now after a 100 lb loss. I fluctuate the normal (5 lbs up and down usually) but stay in the same range. I’m still not where I want to be, I’d love to lose another 20-30 lbs and have about 10 lbs of loose Skin to remove at that point I’d guess.
I decided after two weeks to hold myself accountable and see the damage from not eating the best foods and was shocked to see I’ve stayed the same weight for two weeks… I thought I’d be up around 4-5 lbs.
Maybe I wasn’t being as bad as I thought? Goes to show a big gain in just a couple days is usually water weight because stretched out over a couple weeks I’m the same!
Now time to get back on track.
