Hey all! I've been having success with my current routine and wanted to share. Personally don't really like cooking and my biggest hindrance wrt to diet was relying on pre-packaged foods (Hungry Mans, Trader Joe's Indian food, etc.)
Breakfast:
- 2 pieces of Dave's Killer Bread: Powerseed with lightly spread hummus
- 3 large brown eggs for a spinach, mushroom, cheese omelette
Lunch:
- 2 medium Russet potatoes in the air fryer
- 10 baby carrots
- 1 large scoop of Chobani Greek Yogurt
Dinner:
- 2 cups of broccoli topped with black pepper
- 1 cup of oats with 32g whey protein
- 25 almonds, 20 blueberries, 5g creatine, and 2 tbsp of flaxseed
