Hi I just have a few questions about using a stationary bike. I'm very sedentary. I weigh around 290lbs. I'm confused on how long I should be going for. My bike has 8 levels of resistance. It's just a basic one off of Amazon. I just did 15 minutes at level 5. I don't really feel like it did much. My legs just felt a little numb. I just can't figure out how to gauge my workout. I don't want to over do it or anything. Any advice is welcome!
