Hi.
I'm a 26 year old male at 82 KG and 170 CM. I'm not active through out the day as I'm developing a game 15-16 hours a day. So I'm pretty much not moving at all. How ever as of recent I've been going to the gym again on mo/wo/fr at 5 AM until 7 AM and go to bed at 9-11 PM. My current intake of kcal is 1600-1700 and avg. around 125-150g of protein.
I'm only sensing been tired through out the day at moments, and at the gym I do 10 min cardio warm up and do weight lifting after. I'm not experiencing any loss on endurance as I'm able to push my body by my mindset.
Is this ok if I would do this until I'm at around 70KG again?
