hi, i’m a 20F 5’6 college student and i’ve been maintaining around 129-132 lbs for about a year and on some days i’ll eat upwards of 3000 calories and others i’ll eat like, 1400. i guess it all balances out to maintenance in the end but it’s just weird because i don’t know why i can’t just eat a stable amount every day. does anyone else have this issue or know why this is happening? i have had issues with disordered eating/anorexia/binging in the past but i feel like i’m mostly past that point now.
