Recently I've lost 4kg. Came down from 97 to 93. I was on 2000 calories and had 3 meals every 6 hours. I visited my friend at a local nutrition club. I was told that I should not have such long breaks between meals and focus more on the protein intake.
I'm 20, living an active life (whenever I can), 25% body fat. I've also been told my basic calorie consumption is around 2100 calories.
How much should I eat to really lose weight not being hungry and doing it healthy? I try to workout as much as possible but also have many things to do in life that don't make it always possible.
I would really love to get back to 75-80kg like in my high school days.
