I’ve managed to maintain a steady weight loss this month which is the good news. But I’ve been quite unwell too because of a development of gluten intolerance. It’s not been great but im coming to terms with it. Just hoping it’s not coeliac disease but I need to wait until I see the doctors next week to confirm it.
Has anyone else got gluten intolerance? Looking for some advice into how to ensure my diet still has carbs each day or what other foods I can incorporate. I already have whole grain rice for my meals but I’ve just read that my cous cous may not be good for me? This is torture!! I miss bread and pasta!!
