So, right now I’m about 6’1 205lbs 17 y/o male and in 2021 I was 5’9 190ish and I started going to the gym and exercising after school but after two months of no progress, with it also being too cold to walk to the gym I quit/took a break. Fast-forward to Dec 2022 I started working out again but this time I’m dieting. I eat a sandwich (bacon egg & cheese) every day in the evening and that’s it. Maybe a couple other small things like an apple but I’m ALWAYS in a caloric deficit I’m damn near starving myself š. But my weight doesn’t budge. Is it not meant to be? Because the thing is even if I don’t exercise and eat like trash my weight doesn’t go UP either. I’m stuck.
