Is this healthy?

Hi everyone,

I (25 f) have started a new simple diet and exercise regime this week and it’s definitely working but I want to make sure it’s healthy.

I started at 182lbs and have a history of unhealthy dieting habits i.e. eating less than 800 calories a day (essentially just coffee and 1 meal), either not exercising or swimming for up to an hour, and either way feeling starved and binging. I finally decided to up my calories to 1200-1500 to allow for a deficit but also ensure I eat 3 meals a day. Typically whole grain cereal for breakfast, a sandwich with lentil crisps and fruit for lunch and some meat + carbs + vegetables combo for dinner.

I also started speed walking / running every day from thirty minutes up to over an hour a day, burning from 300 to 1000 calories every day.

After week 1, I lost 7lbs and then but got a little sick and had 2 ‘cheat days’ so overall a loss of 4lbs. Obviously I’m over the moon with this (my goal was 1.5lbs/week), but I just want to make sure this much loss isn’t because I’ve accidentally started another unhealthy habit. TIA!
