I have a normal BMI but it requires constant work to maintain. I am hungry every single day. I think about food very frequently. I frequently skip meals to stay in my calorie target. I weigh most of my food and log every calorie to avoid gaining weight. I am careful about eating fiber, vegetables, and lean protein. I have tried intermittent fasting, keto, IIFYM, and every other "lifestyle change."
This has been my life for years. I don't enjoy living like this. Is semaglutide an option for people like me who have a normal weight but need help keeping it that way? Is there some other option that would work instead to keep my weight steady without requiring so much constant surveillance and calibration?
